I tried leverage browser caching and w3 total cache still header expires issue there

I’ve tried nearly every way and nothing happens. Is it because I am using closte as my host. I think its a form of google cloud hosting

From Google Developers documentation:

“Two main types of cache headers, cache-control and expires, define the caching characteristics for your resources. Typically, cache-control is considered a more modern and flexible approach than expires, but both headers can be used simultaneously.”
