I’ve tried all of the above but still no luck., I have tried all of the above trouble shooting as well as turning off all plugins but it’s still not working for only this one email.

How should i trace the issue. i am using sendinblue SMTP via WP mail SMTP plugin (not found log entry also in plugin)

The issue only for few customers and it’s random (eg: a customer placed 3
orders, on 2 orders they received and last order email not received) we
try manually by changing order status, but no luck.

I have a problem with woocommerce customers emails. when a customer makes a successful purchase, woocommerce sends the invoice email with a payment link, but the problem is that the customer has already successfully paid. How can I change that email to another one that is processed? In the woocommerce/adjustments/emails, all the emails are activated, there is only one that is sent manually which is the one for the invoice, but it is that email that is sent to the final customers. Can you help me?

You can go to Woocommerce -> Settings -> emails and add the admin email to the complete order email.

All emails to the customers are sent and other emails to the same recipient are received also. I tried to change the recipient in the notification settings but this doesn’t help either.
Any ideas?

I don’t think it’s an issue with the email template, if the above manual didn’t help in resolving the issue you will need to try many things including disabling all plugins and theme, unfortunately, we cannot offer support on this comments section.

My biggest problem ist that there is no real log output. If I would have a more detailed stack trace about why the data is not accepted. I assume that it’s something in the email template, therefore I’m wondering if it would be an option to reduce template and see if it works then. What do you think?
