Hi Sam,
Thank you so much for your reply. I finally dug into the wp-config.php and added some definitions and it is back up and I now have access to the admin panel. The host changed and added a www when they changed the nameservers… I’m not sure what happened. But I got it changed in the wp-admin settings and in the cPanel! I will get a quote if this doesn’t stick. Your prompt reply is much appreciated!

My live site is down but I can access the WP admin page. The live throws “too many redirects.” I am building with Layers theme and Elementor and the page was up and almost complete, sitting without changes for at least 10 days, until like two weeks ago and then I started having issues. I couldn’t access the WP admin for 2 days and then once I could the live site still wouldn’t load.

I have tried:
– All plugins off
– Changed to Twenty Nineteen theme
– Cleared the cache for WP and for my browser, tried different browsers originating from different IPs
– Tried checking the .htaccess it seems all well and good even restored it.
– Web host is done with me and saying they cannot help but I think they are just pushing me off.

I am completely at a loss for what to try next. I appreciate any help that can be offered.
